This client of ours, a resident of the beautiful Gold Coast area in Chicago, was proud to show off her marble floors. She had installed them a couple of years ago, and they soon became one of the main features in her home. However, after a few years had passed, she started to notice her floor was not the same as it used to be. Time had taken its toll and what used to be a polished marble floor, now appeared lifeless and dull.
