Sir grout was very professional and easy to schedule appointments. Ann was great! She even got me an extra discount! Their technicians, Eddie and Jonathan, were very helpful and polite. They came on-time and explained the entire process to me in detail. They also did their best to get certain hard to fix stains off my tiles. I would highly recommend Sir Grout for your tile/floor.

Highly recommended. All of the grout in my shower started crumbling after only a couple of years (I don't think the contractor ever sealed it). Sir Grout cleaned out all the old grout, cleaned the tiles, and re-grouted. Looks like a brand-new shower, and they matched the grout color perfectly with the other walls that were fine. It cost $1,600 which was much less than the $2,200 quote I got from someone else. They also came exactly on time.

Man was I impressed, our shower is now clean as a whistle and all the grout lines are perfect and uniform. No more mildew stains and all the grout lines match! Thanks to our Technician Jose, showed up right at 8 AM and got to work, he was great respectful and neat, he got the job done at noon.

1. Townhome Sale - Master Shower
Andrew came to restore the tile and regrout the master shower in our townhome. He was incredibly friendly, explained the process clearly, and carried out the job with great professionalism. When he finished, the shower looked brand new--the tiles sparkled, and all the dirt and black residue in the grout was completely gone. We couldn't believe how good it looked--wish we had done it sooner! Andrew gets an A++ from us.

2. Basement Floor Restoration
The previous owners of our new home had applied a waxy coat on the ceramic tiles throughout the basement. It started turning white and flaky, almost like peeling skin, and looked terrible. I tried cleaning a small section myself, but it took over an hour and was clearly going to be a never-ending task. That's when we called in the pros. John came by for the estimate, and Eddy and Jose handled the job wonderfully. They used chemicals, rotary tools, and good old-fashioned elbow grease to strip off all the residue. The results were incredible--we're so happy with their work! My muscles thank them a ton!

3. Marble Entryway - Restoration
Our marble entryway had seen better days--it was dull, scratched, and clearly neglected. Once again, Jose and Eddy worked their magic and completely transformed it. They brought the marble back to life, and now it looks stunning.
