Sir Grout did a fantastic job on my master bath shower. This is the third time I've used them, and they continue to impress me. Ease of booking, responsiveness, and quality workmanship. This time around, Jose did my job, he went above and beyond making sure everything came out perfectly. If you want to keep your bath/shower looking new, Sir Grout is a no-brainer.
Jose did a great job with our guest bathroom. Before starting, he explained the whole process and asked if there were any questions. He checked in throughout the process and, when needed, he asked us to pick out the appropriate colors. He offered several options while comparing two to show the slight difference. He offered his professional opinion, but let us know that the decision was ours.
Jose steam cleaned the floor tile and made it look like new, along with refreshing the grout. The expoy grout used along the bathtub and walls looks great and matches perfectly. Jose finished the job, cleaned up and provided thorough instructions on how long to wait and how to clean the newly refreshed bathtub and floors with their cleaning solution, which was provided. We will be back to schedule the master bathroom (larger job) with Jose as our first choice. Thanks, Jose and Sir Grout.
Outstanding job on our marble bathroom floor. Both the grout and the polish turned out very well.
We are very happy with the way the limestone fireplace hearth turned out. Very clean, and really brought out the color. The technician was very clean and professional.
Jonathan and Eddie were our two technicians. They did a great job cleaning our grout and sealing our tub. They kept us informed as they worked and were very professional and courteous.
